Welcome to SafeNanny. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

SafeNanny provides an online platform connecting parents with babysitters. We facilitate communication and booking between parties but are not a party to any agreements made between parents and babysitters.

To use SafeNanny, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All users must:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism.
• Provide truthful information in profiles and communications.
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• Not use the platform for illegal activities.
• Keep initial communication regarding bookings (terms, hours, requirements) primarily within the platform's messaging system. This ensures that in the event of a dispute, the SafeNanny team can review the history and assist appropriately.
• Immediately report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

SafeNanny facilitates the booking process between parents and babysitters but does not process payments:

• All booking requests must be made through the platform.
• The platform does not process financial transactions. Although a preferred payment method can be selected during the booking process, the actual transfer of funds is handled directly between the parent and the babysitter, outside of the SafeNanny system.
• Payment terms and the exact amount are negotiated directly between the two parties.
• We recommend confirming all details (including the payment method) prior to the booking date.
• Cancellation policies should be discussed between the parties in advance.
• SafeNanny is not a party to the financial relationship and is not liable for unpaid amounts, fraud, or payment disputes.

Both parties are encouraged to leave honest reviews after completed bookings.

SafeNanny provides a connection platform and offers optional verification tools (such as background checks and ID selfie verification). However, SafeNanny does not:

• Require users to undergo these checks to use the platform.
• Guarantee the 100% accuracy of all information in user profiles.
• Assume liability for the quality of services provided by babysitters.
• Guarantee the safety of any arrangements made.

Users are responsible for their own due diligence. We strongly recommend choosing profiles with verification badges, meeting in public places first, verifying references, and trusting your instincts.

All content on SafeNanny, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by SafeNanny or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content.
• Use our trademarks without permission.
• Scrape or collect data from the platform.
• Reverse engineer any part of the platform.

SafeNanny reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service as necessary (for example, when introducing new features or complying with legal requirements).

When material changes are made, users will be notified in a timely manner via email to the address provided during registration or through an official notice within the platform.

Continued use of SafeNanny’s services after the changes take effect constitutes explicit acceptance of the new terms. If a user disagrees with the updated terms, they have the right to discontinue using the platform and deactivate or close their account at any time.
